A complete path of caring and development, postnatal care establishes the foundation for mother’s and baby’s long-term health and wellbeing. Ayurveda provides valuable insight to regain health, improves digestion and metabolism after childbirth. In the immediate weeks following delivery, mothers go through several emotional and physical changes.
Ayurvedic postnatal care emphasizes the recovery of mothers by promoting overall mental and physical health.  It helps to regain your strength and restore your health with its gentle and nurturing traditional therapies. Many women go through a phase of mild depression following childbirth. Postpartum blues are common, which usually occurs in the first week and can last up to two weeks after delivery. Our postnatal sessions are quit soothing, and it helps to relaxes your mind and body.

Ayurveda postnatal care is known as “Suthika Paricharya” and it encloses a variety of customs, dietary recommendations, and herbal remedies aimed at promoting healing and vitality. Ayurvedic post-natal care involves nourishing and replenishing mother’s body after childbirth to support her recovery and ensure optimal lactation. Ayurmana’s post-natal care includes Abhyangam (full body oil massage) to normalise Vata and to improve the blood circulation, Kizhi therapy to reduce pain and inflammation, Vethukuli (Medicated water bath), Face pack, Tummy bandage and steam bath for mother and Abhyangam and medicated water bath for babies.
