We offer holistic ayurvedic treatment with the aim of rejuvenating the body. Pizhichil is one of the types of dhara swedana, where fomentation is given by pouring of hot or warm medicated liquids.

Pizhichil is a unique treatment in which warm medicated oil is poured over the effected part of the body or the whole body of patient in monitored streams for fixed duration of time. In pizhichil mild massage is done simultaneously with pouring of oil to enhance the benefit of treatment.

In this treatment a cloth dipped in warm medicated oil is squeezed over the patient’s body uniformly together with mild massage. Special precautions are taken to avoid sweating of head during the procedure.
